Terms of Use

Last updated 12 June 2026

These terms govern your use of udaya.earth and your relationship with [Registered business / proprietor name] (“Udaya”, “we”, “us”) in connection with Udaya Ambali. By registering or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What Udaya Ambali is

Udaya Ambali is a traditionally fermented millet drink (ambali) — a food, prepared fresh and delivered locally. It is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, allergy, or dietary concern, please consult a qualified doctor before changing your diet.

2. Registration is an expression of interest

Registering on the site adds you to our list and our WhatsApp group. It is not a guaranteed order. We are onboarding a small founding cohort and personally select customers — generally the closest, earliest registrants within our delivery area. If you’re outside that area, you remain on the waitlist and we’ll let you know when we reach you.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate, current information. You’re responsible for keeping your contact and address details up to date so we can reach and deliver to you.

4. Subscription, pricing & payment

  • The current price is ₹550 per week (seven bottles, one each morning). Prices may change with notice.
  • Payment details are arranged personally over WhatsApp once you’re onboarded.
  • You can pause or stop your subscription as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery is limited to our current service area and schedule, set out in the Delivery Policy. Because this is a fresh, perishable food, timely access to your delivery point and accurate address details matter.

6. Your conduct

Don’t misuse the site or our WhatsApp group, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove anyone who does.

7. Intellectual property

The Udaya name, logo, site design, photography, and copy are ours. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
