Udaya Ambali is a fresh, perishable food, brewed to order and delivered daily. That shapes how returns and refunds work — this policy explains it plainly.
For health and safety reasons, a perishable food product cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless there’s a quality issue (below). Please don’t consume anything you’re unsure about — tell us instead.
If a delivery arrives spoiled, damaged, leaking, or just isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and, if you can, a photo. We’ll make it right — a replacement on the next delivery or a refund, your choice.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or by UPI/bank transfer if that’s easier) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If we miss a delivery on our side, you’ll get a replacement or a refund for that day. If we couldn’t deliver because the address was inaccessible or no one was reachable, see the Delivery Policy.
