Delivery Policy

Last updated 12 June 2026

Udaya Ambali is brewed overnight and hand-delivered fresh each morning. Because it’s a perishable food made locally, we deliver within a focused area for now.

Where we deliver

We currently serve Indiranagar and adjoining parts of Bengaluru (roughly within 3 km of our kitchen). When you register, we check your address against this area automatically and tell you whether you’re in it.

If you’re outside the area

You’re still welcome to register — you’ll join our waitlist and be first to hear when we open up your neighbourhood. We expand as we’re able to keep every delivery fresh and on time.

When we deliver

  • Deliveries arrive in the early morning, before the day gets going.
  • One bottle a day, a different millet across the week.
  • We coordinate timing and any access details with you personally on WhatsApp.

Delivery charges

Delivery within our service area is included in the subscription price of ₹550 per week (seven bottles, one each morning). Any change will be communicated before it applies.

Missed or failed deliveries

Please make sure your address and landmark are accurate and that someone can receive the bottle, or tell us a safe spot to leave it. If we can’t deliver because the location was inaccessible or no one was reachable, we’ll try to reach you; a fresh, perishable item that can’t be left safely may not be refundable for that day. If the miss is on our side, see the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
